BinMan® 2.0 stands for intelligent, easy container management in return systems. Regardless of whether it involves standardised small load carriers or expensive specialised containers, the software adapts flexibly to your needs and is available around the clock: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transparent container inventory helps reduce excess capacity and strengthens your position in talks with suppliers by providing well-founded facts. You always know how many containers are at a specific site, where a certain container is located, whether enough of the correct containers are available, and when and where the containers disappear. 

Not only do you benefit in terms of monitoring, but also in terms of the improved planning and control of your container circuits. BinMan® 2.0 optimises your safety stock, prevents expensive production malfunctions by promptly identifying shortfalls, and thus also prevents unnecessary transportation. The integrated event-based reporting system automatically informs you if the minimum stock level for empties is not met. With BinMan® 2.0, you can react promptly, plan in advance and thus demonstrably reduce your costs.

 

Logistics experience bundled into one programme

The design of the BinMan® software is based on our logistics experts’ extensive practical experience, and takes into account corporate logistics’ special need for a container management system. The programme is available to all users at any time as a web application. The intuitive interface ensures optimum user-friendliness, and makes the inputting and analyse of all container activities a piece of cake. Important additional information such as container data, transport units or delivery slips can be entered into the system through a simple upload. The security of all data is guaranteed at all times through extensive database monitoring and data protection on redundant security servers.

 

Constant further development by our software team

We are constantly developing ourselves further – in accordance with our customers‘ individual requirements, our programmers are continuously working on improving the BinMan* 2.0. The BinMan® 2.0 upgrade saw improved navigation, the expansion of basic functions, and the introduction of additional options – making it even easier for the software to be integrated into your corporate processes.

The clear, graphic analysis of your container inventory using geocoded data and interactive maps is a major innovation. The distribution of the container types used is visible at a glance, and transportation can be co-ordinated in an effective, time-saving manner.

The integration of flexible EDI interfaces enables direct message transfer (e.g. VDA 4913, AVIEXP Odette) from existing ERP systems to BinMan® 2.0, while automatic bookings allow you to track your containers more easily and conveniently than ever before.
